I like pictures and Halloween

Oma wanted a picture of her entire family. We met down by the Boise River in Eagle. I ran around and played for a little while until it was time to take pictures.  It was fun throwing rocks into the river. When we had the whole family gathered for the picture, we smiled and had fun.

My mom and dad wanted a picture of us 4 kids.
Bree 18 mo. McKayla 6, Ellie 1 mo, Carter 4

I like getting my picture taken.

After the pictures, we went to Oma and Opa's house.  Oma wanted a picture of all the Grandkids in their halloween costumes.  It was fun to have Emma and Aspen as witches with me. What will you be for Halloween?

Lunch with Mommy!

Mommy surprised me by coming to lunch with Carter, Bree and Ellie without telling me. I think they had a good time and I like showing them around the lunch room.  I got to show them how to go through the lunch line, which door to go out, and where the playground was.
Me, Carter, and Bree eating lunch at the cafeteria.

We went to the playground after lunch. My friend, Ava ran to me and we hugged. She went on a trip and I haven't seen her for awhile.

Ward Party

Last Monday my ward had a fun party. They had two fun games. The 1st one was a candy walk and I got a bag of candy. The second one was eating a doughnut off a string. We also ate chili, colored pictures, and walked in a children's costume parade.
I got to eat a doughnut off a string twice.

Goodbye Grandma

I had so much fun with Grandma while she was here to visit.  She took us to the store and bought us lots of treats.  She showed us how to make a paper jack-o-lantern and have it's eyes move.  She took lots of pictures.  We watched General Conference together. She took us to buy pumpkins and she read us books.  I love Grandma a lot.

Wow! Way to go!

My teacher gives green tickets and red tickets out every day. If you get green, that mean that you did not get your clip moved and you were good that day.  If you got a red ticket, you weren't good that day.  If you get a green ticket every day for a whole month, you get to have pizza with the teacher.  For the month of September, I got all green tickets so I had pizza with 7 other girls and the teacher last Wednesday. There were no boys so it became a girl pizza party. We also did the Hokey Pokey and we all got some coins from London, England. I hope to get to go to the pizza party every month!

I love my brother and sisters.  Ellie, Bree and Carter. They are so cute. They are so loving. I love them so much.

This weekend was Genereal Conference. Uncle Brady brought his t.v.  and watched with us. He is fun and always plays with us. I love him so much! Pictured are Uncle Brady, Carter, McKayla, and Bree.

The neighbors had a plastic house.  There kids were too old for it so they gave it to us. We had fun in it. I like it, so do Carter and Bree.  I think Ellie will too.

Grandma flew in to meet baby Ellie on Thursday.  She will stay for 5 days. The 3 girls were on Grandma's air bed. Ellie, Bree and me. Grandma took a picture of us.

We were eating ice cream and Mommy came over with Grandma's camera.  We all posed for a picture and this was my favorite pose.

This week

This week I didn't have school on Thursday or Friday.  It was parent/teacher conferences.  My parents met with Mrs. Cloward and she showed them some of my schoolwork. She also said I am a good student and that I am a pleasure to have in her class.
Uncle Corey and Aunt Erin were in town so they dropped by for a visit.  I always love to see them.
I played soccer on Saturday and I got very hot and tired.  I cooled off after with an ice-pack, popsicle, otter pop and a nice cold glass of water. Then I had quiet time in my room for a half an hour to rest.

I also had my primary program on Sunday.  I got to give my line last. It was, "I help others know they too are children of God when I share the gospel."  My favorite song in the program was, "Latter Day Prophets."

When Ellie was born

I have a new baby sister, Ellie Jane Davis.  She came last Friday, September 19th at 1:56 pm while I was in school.
It was fun to watch my mommy's tummy grow with Ellie in it. I felt shiffery and excited inside right before she was born.

We stayed with Oma and Opa from Wednesday to Sunday. Oma took us to the store to get flowers and balloons for our visit to the hospital.

Oma told me to hold Ellie for a picture because we would have to leave for soccer practice. But we talked about it and decided that it was too special of a day and I got to stay.
Aunt Jessi helped us make this great poster to welcome Ellie home.  It has an ink footprint and handprint for all of us and room for Ellie to do her.  I loved putting the balloons on the banister to surprise Mom and Dad.

"Bus" "Lunch" "Recess"

Last Friday, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders sang in a musical program.  Each class sang three songs.  We went first and the songs, "Bus", "Lunch", and "Recess."  My favorite was "Bus" because I liked the actions. Since Mom and Dad were in the hospital delivering Ellie, Oma and Carter came to support me.
Can you see me? I am in the back row wearing white.  The 1st graders are really Ghost Graders because of all our red eyes!
Oma said it was hard to take video or get a good picture during the program so we got a better one right in front of the school.

Just Daddy and Me

Carter was sick today so Mommy and Bree stayed home from church with him.  That meant that I had Daddy all to myself.  We even got to walk to church together.  I was very reverent and remembered my part while practicing for the Primary Program. When church was over I made sure to share my candy with Carter and Bree.  I was also happy that Carter was feeling better by the time we got home.

It is hard to see, but Mom put a twist and bow in the front of my hair.  She found a blog with lots of fun hairstyles that we are going to try out.  The blog is http://shedoeshair.blogspot.com/
It was a beautiful day to walk to church.

This is my soccer!

My soccer team is named "Chickas." So far in practice I have learned to dribble, pass, and kick to the goal.  We have played two games and I've loved every minute of it.  I even got to  play goalie for one quarter yesterday.  There are 10 girls on my team.  I am making friends with all of them and their names are: Molly, Emma, Avery, Me, Makayla a.k.a. "Peanut", Alexa, Sophia, Izzie, Stella, and Gracie.
Here I am kicking the ball. Do you like my uniform?
We are a U7/U8 team and I barely made the age cut-off. But we were short a player so they let Emma play on my team even though she is U6. It is fun to be on the same team.
I saw that other girls had soccer bags.  I wanted one and then remembered this cute bag Grandma and Grandpa gave me for my birthday.  It even has my name on it!

A Smiley Week
